Welcome to QuoteFast ("we", "our", or "us"), available at quotefast.tech. By accessing or using our website, web applications, proposal generators, and export tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Nature and Scope of Service

QuoteFast is an on-device layout, formatting, and document generation software designed to help independent contractors, tradespeople, freelancers, and service businesses assemble one-page proposals, estimates, and quotes.

  • Formatting Utility: QuoteFast provides aesthetic templates and client-side scripts to convert entered text and figures into downloadable PDF and PNG formats.
  • No Professional Advice: QuoteFast is NOT a law firm, accounting agency, certified public accountant, or financial advisory service. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or professional contract advice.

2. User Responsibility and Contractual Autonomy

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of all project descriptions, client information, pricing figures, tax calculations, discounts, and payment terms entered into the tool.
  • Ensuring that the proposals, terms, and agreements you generate comply with all applicable local, municipal, state, federal, or international business regulations, consumer protection laws, and licensing requirements.
  • The legal enforceability of any contractual conditions or signature blocks included in your proposals.

Independent Relationship: QuoteFast is not a party to any agreement, contract, dispute, or transaction between you and your clients. We bear no responsibility for unpaid invoices, scope disputes, or breached commercial agreements.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" & "As-Available")

QuoteFast is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will always operate uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with every legacy browser version.
  • Mathematical inputs, rounding calculations, or client-side layout rendering will be completely immune from local hardware limitations or user error.
  • Data saved in your local browser storage (localStorage) will be permanently preserved. Users are advised to download and backup their generated PDF/PNG files immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuoteFast, its creators, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, contracts, revenue, goodwill, or business reputation resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service.
  • Any inaccuracies, miscalculations, or formatting discrepancies in generated proposals.
  • Any loss of data due to clearing browser cache, hardware malfunctions, or unexpected software crashes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Output Ownership

We believe in complete creative ownership for our users:

  • Platform IP: The QuoteFast website code, branding, logos, graphics, visual layout, and proprietary stylesheets belong exclusively to QuoteFast. You may not copy, mirror, reverse engineer, or redistribute our underlying website software without prior written consent.
  • Your Proposal Ownership: All commercial data, project descriptions, client lists, custom rates, logos uploaded by you, and finished proposal documents produced with QuoteFast are your exclusive property. We claim zero copyright, trademark, or ownership rights over your generated quotes and documents.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using QuoteFast, you agree not to:

  • Generate fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or extortionate quotes or documents.
  • Misrepresent QuoteFast as an official endorsing party or guarantor of your services.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality or security infrastructure.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at our sole discretion. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
