Welcome to QuoteFast (the "Service", "Website", or "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any feature on https://quotefast.tech, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Permitted Commercial Use
QuoteFast grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use our web tools, checklists, and templates to generate, export, customize, and issue proposals, invoices, and estimates for your personal or commercial business operations. You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of the customized business text, logos, pricing figures, and customer quotes you generate.
2. Client-Side Operation & Data Responsibility
QuoteFast operates strictly within your web browser. Because we do not store customer records, proposals, or financial data on centralized servers, you are solely responsible for saving, backing up, and archiving your generated PDF and PNG documents. QuoteFast is not responsible for lost drafts resulting from browser cache clearing or private browsing session termination.
3. Disclaimer of Legal & Financial Advice
The contract clauses, checklists, scopes, and estimate templates provided by QuoteFast are for general business and operational guidance purposes only. They do not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, or engineering advice. Contractors and service businesses should consult with qualified local legal counsel to verify compliance with jurisdiction-specific contractor licensing laws and building codes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall QuoteFast, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
5. Governing Law & Inquiries
